Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
SwimForce (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use swimforce.com(the “Service”), how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and the rights you have over your information.
By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect personal information in three ways:
- Information you provide. When you register an account, sign in, place an order, join the waitlist, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), shipping/billing address, and any messages you send us.
- Information from authentication providers. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture URL, and Google account ID via Google OAuth.
- Information collected automatically. We log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to hold your shopping cart.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, including email verification and password resets.
- To process and fulfill purchases, including shipping and refunds.
- To deliver digital products (training programs) you have purchased.
- To communicate transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices).
- To prevent fraud, secure the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the Service through anonymized usage analytics where enabled by your cookie preferences.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for advertising profiles built by third parties.
3. Third-party sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to operate the Service. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- Stripe— processes all payments. When you check out, Stripe receives your name, email, billing address, and payment card details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Google (OAuth)— when you sign in with Google we receive the profile data described above. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Resend— delivers transactional emails (verification, receipts, password reset, account notices). Resend receives the recipient email address and the contents of the message.
- Hosting and database providers— we use cloud hosting and a managed PostgreSQL database to run the Service. They store data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SwimForce, our customers, or others.
4. Cookies and tracking
SwimForce uses two categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies— required to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember items in your cart. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies— help us understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service. These are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing theswimforce-cookie-consententry in your browser’s local storage, which will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit.
5. Data retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal profile within 30 days.
- Order and transaction records are retained for at least 7 years after the order date to satisfy tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws.
- Email logs and security logs are retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and operational troubleshooting.
- Marketing preferences and unsubscribe records are retained indefinitely so we can honor your opt-out.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention rules.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing communications.
- Receive a portable copy of the data you provided to us.
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@swimforce.com from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We protect personal information with industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for the database, salted password hashing, access controls on production systems, and routine review of our security posture against ISO/IEC 27001 control objectives. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit the data we collect and retain.
8. Children
SwimForce is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
SwimForce operates from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
10. Geographic scope and EU representative
SwimForce currently operates in the United States and does not target or actively market the Service to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Because we do not target users in the EEA, we have not designated an EU representative under Article 27 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If our operations expand to offer goods or services to, or monitor the behavior of, individuals in the EEA, we will designate an EU representative as required by Article 27 and publish their name and contact details in this section.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect.
